My Approach
At Anchor of Hope Counseling Services I offer a warm and safe environment for healing, hope and new coping skills to work on one’s triggers and symptoms of anxiety, depression, unresolved relationship and childhood traumas, along with codependency and other various issues. As we work on uncovering, healing and gaining healthy new coping skills as an attempt to not repeat some old maladaptive skills that no longer serves one’s healing journey and new purpose. Along with an attempt to help one find new purpose while increasing more insight and ways of improving oneself.
